The World Theatre Day is initiated by International Theatre Institute and has been celebrated all over the world since 1962. We, at Ekpatri Kalakar Parishad celebrated the day in our own way. Our members presented Skits and Solo performances from  renowned marathi plays like Varyavarchi Waraat, Ti Phulrani, Chakra, Chitatai  and Dhani Mani. Some experienced theatre artists shared their theatre experiences , some recited poems and urdu Sher in marathi language. Some very interesting facts regarding World Theatre was told by the anchor between the performances.

Shyamal Karandak 2024 .....The finale of our annual event -  Solo Acting Competition for Ladies , was held on 19th February 2024 at Bharat Natya Mandir, Pune. The 12 solid performances were judged on the basis of their presentation, speech, content and overall impact of the presentation. The winners are .. First Prize - Priya Unde (Murmuryache Pohe), Second Prize-  Akshta Salvi( Dagad), Third Prize - Jyoti Brahme( Aapale Jag). Consolation Prizes- Anagha Burase (Samaas ), Sneha Kulkarni ( Dhatturicha Phool)

"Deepsandhya" - an evening of lights , was organised by Ekpatri Artist Parishad,Aawaben Navarachna Sanstha and Nilu Phule Kala Academy. Our artists entertained the audience by Comedy skits, Songs, Poems.
  The famous senior artist Jyoti Subhash tai was the chief guest of the event. Aawaben Navarachana Sanstha honored her for receving an award of " Special Artist " award from government of Maharashtra. The evening was filled with laughters and was concluded by delicious diwali snacks arranged by Aawaben Navrachna Sanstha.

Ekpatri Kalakar Parishad Maharashtra brought a festival of literature for literature lovers. We recalled the famous works of our own favourite authors and poets - Da Ma Mirasdar , Shanta Shelke, Ga Di Madgulkar, Shirish Kanekar, Na Dho Mahanor, Na Si Phadake. The "Dindi " was carried for three days by our best Ekpatri artists ..

Poetry competition organised by Ekpatri Artist Parishad on 18th July 2023
 A state level competition of Poetry recitation was organized in the memory of Ekpatri Artist Kalpana Deshpande's mother, Shrimati Shailaja Charegaonkar. Senior poets Jyotsna Chandgude, Shambhavi Bodhe, Anjalitai Kulkarni, Madhav Hundekar were the judges of first and final round. 
Ghazalkar, Journalist Pradeep Niphadkar was the Chief guest of the Prize distribution ceremony. Ekpatri artist Makarand Tillu was also there to cheer the participants. The winners were given a trophies and books written by Smt Shailaja Charegaonkar.
